Job description

Job Purpose:

Support the Support Services function in coordinating the administrative management and operation activities within the organization and provide the support of essential services such as transportations hospitality, stationery, and courier requests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain related documents and records
  • Assist in operation activities and daily reporting for transportation, office, hospitality and administrative services
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Assist in budget management and operational costs for transportation, office, hospitality and administrative services to ensure cost efficiency and financial sustainability
  • Work with team members to meet daily productivity goals
  • Perform assigned tasks as per business needs.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any other related field.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • No prior experience required.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
