Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting financial performance, and providing recommendations to support business decisions. The role helps management improve profitability, control costs, and achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop financial models and forecasts.
• Monitor company performance against budgets and targets.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and business proposals.
• Assist in cost control and profitability analysis.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
