Office & Operations Coordinator

About Us

Buri Limousine AG is a leading provider of premium chauffeur and transportation services in the Bernese Oberland. We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and highly organized Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate drivers, vehicles, and transportation services for individual clients and group bookings.
  • Manage customer inquiries via email, telephone and whatsapp in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for tailored transportation solutions.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, VIP transfers, and special projects.
  • Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with legal driving and rest-time regulations.
  • Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients, drivers, and management.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German and French are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, luxury services, transportation, or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
  • Valid Swiss Category B driving licence required.
  • A Swiss professional passenger transport licence (Code 121) is considered an advantage.
