Logistics Specialist

We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas in our Logistics & Warehousing department at Zurich Airport. If this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply for our Logistics Specialist position. As a Logistics Specialist you will:

• Pack, store, and ship materials in line with quality and safety standards
• Receive and check incoming goods, including materials and related documents
• Record and manage warehouse activities using SAP/ERP systems
• Load and unload trucks and coordinate shipments with logistics partners
• Carry out basic quality checks and handle any discrepancies
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Support continuous improvement and maintain general warehouse standards

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items Valid driver’s license and forklift license
• Good German and basic English (A2+); MS Office skills and SAP are a plus
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
