BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PETD
- Organizing Pan European test drives for international key accounts and local fleet customers, customer invitations, test drive briefings, press conference, and welcome dinner, etc.
2. KA Trips
- Take the lead in organizing the overall trip to China with leasing companies and corporate customers.
- Trip planning, event organization, staff arrangements, and budget control, etc.
- Responsible for planning a KA Trip for all countries at the local level.
3. Fleet Europe Summit
- Responsible for contacting Nexus Communication for all fleet events communication.
- Organizing Fleet Europe Summit, including tickets, stand arrangement, interviews, and budget control;
- In charge of purchasing media, advertisements, and videos from the Nexus Comm. Team.
4. Business Ecosystem
- Responsible for the development and continuous optimization of the BYD Business ecosystem pillars, including fleet and B2B pages.
5. Business Lead Management
- Establish and manage robust lead management workflows to track, qualify, and route inbound corporate inquiries to account teams.
Required Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, international management, marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience within the automotive sector (ideally EV/NEV), specifically focusing on B2B, key account management.
- Proven capability to manage large-scale events, agency vendors (e.g., Nexus Communication), cross-border logistics, and budget management.
- Hands-on experience with the CMS (Content Management System) and the lead management system.
- Budget control and procurement skills, with a track record of managing high-value events and media spending.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language. Knowledge of Chinese language is highly valued.
