Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees full project lifecycle — planning, budgeting, coordination, and handover.
• Project leadership, cost & schedule management, client interface.
• Develops master project schedule, resource plan, and critical path monitoring.
• Approves design concepts, oversees engineering validation and system optimization.
• Leads all coordination among stakeholders — client, consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Approves procurement strategy, negotiates with key suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manages multiple sites; ensures progress meets contractual targets.
• Oversees T&C planning, witnesses final testing, and ensures smooth handover.
• Reviews and approves reports, financial claims, and client correspondence.
• Controls full project budget, cost forecasting, and profit margin.
• Ensures all authority submissions and approvals are obtained; liaises directly when needed.
• Leads entire project team (engineers, supervisors, subcontractors).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in ACMV / M&E industry of 5 years, with leadership and financial accountability.
• In-depth knowledge of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans), equipment sizing, heat loads, and local codes/standards (ASHRAE, Singapore building codes, Green Mark etc).
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/shop drawing tools, understanding of M&E contractual documents
• Strong leadership, good communicator and motivator, able to coordinate among multiple stakeholders, proactive, self-driven.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, fast-paced environment, willing to work extended days when required.
• Familiarity with Singapore authority submission procedures (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA); experience in design & build and large-scale projects is an advantage

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
