Overall Job Purpose:

• Support and coordinate the development and implementation of new facilities, offerings and visitor experience for Singapore Flyer

Job Description:

Work closely with stakeholders in the conceptualization, planning and implementation of new visitor products, services and experiences.

Assist in day-to-day management and implementation of projects as well as communications with business & project partners including consultants, contractors and government agencies;

Source and identify as well as conduct project feasibility studies for Group’s potential business opportunities;

Assist in coordinating projects and activities including scheduling and completion of work assignments;
*

Maintain project documentation and provide administrative support for presentations, reports, meetings and communications;
*

Facilitating clear communication between departments, management and project partners;
*

• Any other duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements* Degree in Communications, Business, Project Management, Tourism or a related discipline

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Project Management or Tourism

• Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of the current trends, new media solutions & retail business in the tourism sector is advantageous

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders

• Strong organizational and administration skills

• Able to work independently and make judgment calls whenever required with the ability to multi-task

• Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred
