Role Purpose: Provide end-to-end operational payroll support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and coordinate monthly payroll processing for Italy
  • Manage payroll activities in ADP GlobalView and support Workday-related transactions
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, outputs, and reconciliation reports
  • Handle employee lifecycle events, including hires, terminations, transfers, and rehires
  • Support payroll compliance activities and statutory reporting requirements
  • Manage Italy-specific payroll topics, including CCNL requirements, EGR bonus schemes, statutory funds, and social security obligations
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, People Operations) and external vendors
  • Maintain payroll documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Italian payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing payroll for medium-sized to large organizations (>300 employees)
  • Experience with complex employee lifecycle events and payroll corrections
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ADP GlobalView
  • Experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience in multinational or shared service center environments
  • Previous experience supporting payroll transitions, transformations, or vendor-managed payroll models

Locations: Munich, Berlin and Stuttgart 50/50% onsite
