Most SDR roles are about volume. This one is about quality.

We are looking for a Sales Developer (English) who excels in outbound sales and makes the difference in the conversation itself. Someone who can initiate meaningful dialogue from scratch with senior decision-makers and guide those conversations toward high-value meetings.

THE ROLE
As a Sales Developer, you will work on outbound campaigns for established organizations within IT, software, and Microsoft-focused environments.

Strong research skills are essential. You know how to thoroughly investigate prospects, industries, and business challenges, allowing you to engage in meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders from the very first interaction.

You enjoy diving deep into organizations, identifying relevant triggers, uncovering business priorities, and turning research into highly personalized and effective outreach.

These are not standard sales calls—they are consultative conversations that require you to think quickly, ask the right questions, and steer discussions toward valuable business opportunities. Your goal is not to deliver a sales pitch, but to build meaningful executive-level conversations from the ground up. You can quickly identify business challenges, create structure in discussions, and recognize where the real opportunities lie.

This role requires strong communication skills. You know how to uncover business pain points, challenge assumptions, and create engagement. In addition we expect you to contribute ideas regarding messaging, outreach strategies, and continuous improvement together with project managers and clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Independently approach decision-makers within mid-sized and enterprise organizations
  • Initiate conversations without prior introductions and elevate them to a strategic level
  • Qualify opportunities based on business priorities, strategy, and timing
  • Schedule meetings that lead to genuine sales opportunities and follow-up processes
  • Actively contribute to scripts, value propositions, and campaign strategies
  • Work on 2–3 dedicated projects simultaneously with a long-term focus

  • Hourly rate between €25 and €35
  • Bonus per qualified meeting booked (€50–€100), with additional incentives for overperformance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Native English or C2 level in communication skills
  • 21-28 hrs availability (9-5) a week
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales (SDR, BDR, or similar roles)
  • Proven experience with cold calling
  • Experience conducting conversations with management and executive-level stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Comfortable in a role where outbound prospecting and telephone outreach are central activities

ABOUT YOU
You understand that success as a Sales Developer is not determined by one great conversation, but by consistency. You are comfortable with cold outreach and enjoy building conversations that lead to meaningful business outcomes.

You are not a script reader—you understand how conversations develop naturally. You listen not only to what is being said, but also to what is left unsaid, and you know how to respond accordingly.

You do not need motivation to pick up the phone. You are already accustomed to doing the work and taking initiative.
