Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, job postings, screening applications, interview coordination, etc.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with hiring managers to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave administration, attendance records, and personnel files in the HRIS.
  • Prepare and compile regular HR reports.
  • Manage the payroll process with payroll vendors in Singapore, Australia, and Thailand.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties, including probation confirmation tracking, business card requests, HR-related invoice processing, and document management.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities and company events, such as annual dinners and recreational programs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for training and development initiatives.
  • Support daily HR operations across a broad range of HR functions.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive “can-do” mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative team player with strong learning agility.
