Job description
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, job postings, screening applications, interview coordination, etc.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with hiring managers to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave administration, attendance records, and personnel files in the HRIS.
- Prepare and compile regular HR reports.
- Manage the payroll process with payroll vendors in Singapore, Australia, and Thailand.
- Handle general HR administrative duties, including probation confirmation tracking, business card requests, HR-related invoice processing, and document management.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities and company events, such as annual dinners and recreational programs.
- Provide administrative and operational support for training and development initiatives.
- Support daily HR operations across a broad range of HR functions.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive “can-do” mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative team player with strong learning agility.
