Role Overview
The Assistant Relationship Wealth Manager (ARWM) plays a critical role in the growth and retention of our high-net-worth and retail client base. You will work directly with our Wealth Managers to manage client relationships, streamline administrative processes, and identify wealth-enhancement opportunities.
This is a dynamic role designed for individuals who are detail-oriented yet possess the "sales flair" to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
Assist Wealth Managers in preparing for client reviews, including the consolidation of portfolio reports and market updates.
Coordinate schedules and follow up on post-meeting action items to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Sales & Portfolio Growth
Identify potential cross-selling or up-selling opportunities within the existing client pool.
Assist in the execution of wealth management strategies, including insurance, investments, and legacy planning.
Support the Wealth Manager in lead generation and prospecting activities.
3. Operational Excellence
Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new business applications and policy servicing.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal DKO policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is highly preferred.
Education: Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
Licensing: Candidates with CMFAS papers (e.g., M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) will have a significant advantage.
Skills: * Strong interpersonal skills with a "client-first" mindset.
* Proficiency in financial planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: High level of integrity, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
