As an Advisor/Preparation Specialist within the energy transition, you support large-scale business clients with a variety of challenges related to energy connections, contracts, and capacity needs. You actively think along to provide suitable solutions that align with the client’s operations and growth plans, while considering the possibilities and limitations of the energy grid.

What will you do? The energy transition leads to increasingly complex customer inquiries. In this role:

  • You uncover the underlying question behind the initial inquiry and translate it into concrete solutions;
  • You map out the situation and needs of clients thoroughly;
  • You provide advice on contract structures and possibilities within the energy grid;
  • You guide clients through expansions, modifications, and capacity challenges;

  • You maintain both telephone contact with clients and focus on substantive dossiers (approximately 30% / 70%).

Why this role? You work on current and socially relevant issues within one of the most dynamic developments of the moment: the energy transition.

This role offers a strong foundation for your future career. You develop expertise in energy infrastructure, client advisory services, and contract management, with ample opportunities for growth.

We consider this an ideal entry-level position for candidates with a higher vocational (hbo) work and thinking level looking to build a career in the energy and technical sector.

Working in the team You will join an engaged and diverse team where collaboration is key.

  • Each day begins with a team meeting to align priorities and tasks;
  • You work in a hybrid setting, with a fixed team day on-site;
  • There is ample room for knowledge sharing and mutual support.

What does your workday look like? Your day starts with setting your priorities and attending the team’s daily kickoff, where you discuss the planning, ongoing dossiers, and notable details with your team.

In the morning, you are available by phone to assist clients with questions about energy connections, contracts, and capacity. In between, you work on requests and administrative files.

In the afternoon, you might brainstorm with a colleague about a complex client inquiry and collaborate on a fitting solution. You wrap up your day by organizing your tasks and coordinating outstanding matters.
