About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT Network and Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, remote troubleshooting, network setup, and CCTV-related support for our clients and internal projects.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with network configuration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance. This role is suitable for someone with around 2 years of relevant IT support or networking experience who is hands-on, service-oriented, and willing to work across different client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for users, clients, and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide remote support using remote control tools and other support platforms.
  • Assist with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
  • Support CCTV planning, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform basic system setup, device configuration, and user account support.
  • Conduct on-site support when required for client offices or project locations.
  • Assist with IT documentation, including network diagrams, device records, support notes, and configuration details.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior or vendors when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on issue status, resolution steps, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, network support, or a similar technical support role.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows computers, office IT equipment, network connectivity, and common business applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Experience using remote support or remote control tools to troubleshoot user issues.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR setup, cabling, and basic camera troubleshooting.
  • Able to perform basic network setup and support for small office environments.
  • Comfortable working on-site when required and supporting clients in different environments.
  • Able to communicate clearly with non-technical users and explain technical issues in a simple way.
  • Responsible, patient, and service-oriented when handling support requests.
  • Able to work independently with reasonable guidance.
  • Good written and spoken English & Chinese.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with structured cabling, network points, patch panels, and rack equipment.
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, Cisco, Fortinet, Hikvision, Dahua, or similar products.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email setup, or cloud-based business tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, NAS, backup systems, or endpoint security.
  • Experience preparing simple IT documentation, support reports, or maintenance records.
  • Driving licence.
