Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Consultant to join our growing international consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to design, customize, and optimize Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on NetSuite technical experience combined with a consultative mindset and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to understand business requirements and recommend scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Support full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
• Assist with data migration activities, including imports, validations, and data cleansing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite system issues and user support requests.
• Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations during projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and support materials.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite platform enhancements and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience working with NetSuite implementations and customizations.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations and APIs.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
• NetSuite certifications are advantageous.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP and SuiteCloud technologies.
• Experience creating custom workflows, scripts, forms, records, and automations.
• Understanding of NetSuite financial and operational processes.
• Experience with integrations, data imports/exports, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency NetSuite environments.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience.
• Exposure to modules such as SuiteBilling, ARM, WMS, or inventory management.
• Experience working on international ERP projects.
