Supply chain specialist (Singapore base)

Data and analysis

· Collect and analyze inventory movement for optimum level inventory holding to meet market needs without under or over inventory.

· Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and track inventory regularly

· Identify inventory risk and discuss with Singapore cross-functional leadership team for risk mitigation actions

· Effective use of demand planning and inventory monitoring tools

· Coordinate between logistic agent and Brunei vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery according to schedule.

· Monitor and monitor inventory holding and movement between warehouses in Singapore

· Extract open orders data on the region every month

Interpersonal and collaboration

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to corporate supply chain and Singapore warehouse team to ensure smooth logistic operation

· Coordinating between incoming orders from Singapore and Brunei vendors to ensure transportation and delivery schedules from Singapore warehouse to meet customer needs

· Lead monthly demand and forecast discussion with Singapore cross functional leadership team

· Lead bi-monthly discussion with corporate supply chain team

· Providing customer service and support on deliver topics when required

· Coordinate with freight forwarder and Brunei vendor for shipment to Brunei

Procurement and operation

· Plan and place purchase order for timely arrival and sufficient inventory holding

· Follow up closely with corporate supply team on pending orders and urgent demand products to minimize impact due to stock shortage.

· Ensure purchase at accurate and updates regular and tender CIF pricing

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
