Key Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

Key Accounts Executive is responsible to lead and drive our sales strategy. In this Sales role, you will be responsible for achieving the sales and contracting targets for new & current customers and ensure full achievement of core distribution of products by category and build long term successful business relationships with customers to become the preferred supplier.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Achieving Sales target Volume/Value by category 

·       Managing current customers and opening new key account customers 

·       Fully responsible & accountable for your key accounts operations

·       Accountable for an End-to-End operational excellence process from product availability until customer delivery

·       Manage customer business performance and jointly develop action plans with Key Account customers to accelerate growth & continuously improve our SLA

·       Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and contracting of the targeted Key accounts in Office Supplies B2B channel

·       Develop and keep up to date Customer Profiles/Fact Books & SLA’s

·       Gather & report customer trends, needs and competitor’s activity

·       Effectively develop and manage long term customer relationships

·       Create monthly performance reviews and weekly reports 

·       Ensure commercial, legal, and compliance in all transactions

Qualifications & Requirements :

·       

Bachelor’s degree 

·       

Solid Experience in the industry of Office Supplies service/ B2B/ Stationery is preferred

·       

5 + years of experience in Key accounts / Sales role

·       

English & Computer Skills
