Role Description The Administrative Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing documents and reports. The Administrative Officer will support management and teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items. The role also involves greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. The Administrative Officer will help maintain office supplies, support basic HR and finance administration as needed, and contribute to a professional, organized, and service-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
