E-commerce & Digital Marketing Officer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store.
• Create and manage Meta (Instagram & Facebook) advertising campaigns.
• Assist with TikTok marketing campaigns and content planning.
• Monitor website performance, sales, and customer behavior.
• Manage promotions, discount codes, and product uploads.
• Coordinate with customer service to improve customer experience.
• Create basic marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales and marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Good understanding of online sales funnels and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
