About The Role This is a support and creative hybrid role in transforming TCCC’s social work in Singapore (main market) and Malaysia by nurturing community engagement through social responses and collaboration of brand’s social pages and others. At the same time, they will be the key eyes and ears on what’s happening in culture, from trends down to community conversations.

What You’ll Do Community Management + Publishing + Trend & Issue Spotting + Reporting assistance + Social content ideation and creation

  • The subject matter expert when it comes to developing & engaging communities through social 1:1 engagements + conversation
  • They build relationships in a way that other channels cannot. They will engage with them beyond client's social pages and identifies the best opportunities to feature them on our owned channels.
  • They are quick to spot potential trends and issues in the market and sharing it back to the right stakeholders
  • Manage the client’s social pages, from work closely with social strategist and account leads in assessing and consolidating social content calendar
  • Manage social content publishing for client’s social pages in market through Sprinklr and native social publishing.
  • They will bring the social tone of voice of our client's brands to life by working with strategy to define the linguistic muse and characteristics of the brand voice and tone.
  • On top of helping identify celebrities and influencers that are talking about our brands, they will find innovative ways to engage with them and take their relationship with our brands to the next level of advocacy.
  • Support social listening and reporting, especially around cultural trends, brand/client social page’s performance, and even insights about the brand’s top fans, commonly asked questions, conversation themes, etc. This task includes collaborating with social data analysts and utilizing social tools such as Sprinklr and native platforms analytics.
  • Know social (platforms, specs, trends) without needed a listening report or a reminder of best practices from Meta and TikTok – they know these things intuitively
  • Use their knowledge and experience of trending social media content to ideate and plan for ideas for social media execution
  • While there are social/creator creative teams in place, the social specialist needs to be able, when necessary, to create and produce social content on their own in static or video format. This, includes and is not limited to on-ground event coverage.
