What The Role Is About CSA

Established on 1 April 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) provides dedicated and centralised oversight of Singapore's national cyber security functions. It is the national body overseeing cyber security strategy, operation, education and outreach and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information.

Role

As a member of the Communications and Engagement team, you will play an instrumental role in communicating CSA's policies and programmes to the public. In partnership with stakeholders from the public and private sectors such as businesses, media outlets and other government agencies, the officer will conceptualise and manage projects to enhance the level of cyber security awareness and drive adoption of good cyber hygiene practices through public engagement efforts.

What You Will Be Working On Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective marketing projects and programmes to raise cybersecurity awareness and adoption
• Undertake media strategy and public relations work as a team member, which includes coordination with the press, drafting press releases and addressing media queries
• Collaborate with public/private sector partners on initiatives to expand outreach efforts to various stakeholders
• Support operations and logistics to promote CSA’s events and programmes

What We Are Looking For Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and media relations, including campaign management and partnerships.
• Good understanding of multi-channel communications, including social media trends
• Confident in project management and enjoys working in a people-oriented environment
• A high-energy individual who is hands-on, independent, and looks forward to a fast-paced, exciting working environment.
• Good writing skills, with a bubbly personality and positive interpersonal and communication skills
