Job description

What you'll be doing:

  • Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, etc.)
  • Processing export shipments and perform data entry related to export sea shipment
  • Segregation/sorting/matching of executed/completed documents
  • Sending of pre-alert to Overseas Agents, or emailing B/L / documents to Shipper, etc.
  • Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status regularly
  • Attending phone calls from customers
  • Arranging local handling services
  • Perform duties as assigned by manager

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
  • Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Prefer 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
