What you'll be doing:
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, etc.)
- Processing export shipments and perform data entry related to export sea shipment
- Segregation/sorting/matching of executed/completed documents
- Sending of pre-alert to Overseas Agents, or emailing B/L / documents to Shipper, etc.
- Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status regularly
- Attending phone calls from customers
- Arranging local handling services
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
- Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
- Prefer 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics)
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
