The National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM) is a non-profit organization established through a partnership between the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), and Saudi Aramco. The center focuses on developing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the facilities and hospitality sectors in Saudi Arabia. FHM is committed to enhancing the workforce by equipping trainees with industry-specific skills and fostering growth within these vital sectors.

Role Description

The Facility Management Trainer is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Madinah. The role involves designing and delivering training programs in facility management, mentoring trainees, and ensuring they develop the required skills and competencies to meet industry standards. Responsibilities also include evaluating trainee progress, contributing to the development of training materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational and industry needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate trainee performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize training techniques.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with trainees, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in delivering Training sessions and facilitating Management Development programs for skill enhancement.
  • Prior experience in the facilities or hospitality management industry is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
