Job Description – Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of banking applications through test automation, non-regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Selenium automation, Java/Python scripting, API testing, and CI/CD tools, along with experience working in enterprise or banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation&QA

 Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium-based frameworks

 Execute non-regression testing for upcoming application releases

 Improve automation coverage and reduce testing lead time

 Monitor and execute scheduled test jobs (daily, weekly, monthly)

Testing&Defect Management

 Analyze test results and identify defects

 Track issues through resolution lifecycle

 Ensure application quality and production stability

 Prepare detailed test reports and documentation

Collaboration&Support

 Work closely with development and operations teams for issue troubleshooting

 Collaborate with teams across Singapore and Paris HQ

 Participate in department-wide test automation initiatives and knowledge sharing

Process Improvement

 Enhance existing testing workflows, frameworks, and QA processes

 Contribute to automation best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Requirements

Test Automation

 Selenium

 Java-based automation frameworks

Tools&Technologies

 Git (Version Control)

 Jenkins / CI-CD tools

 SQL scripting (SQL Server / Oracle preferred)

 REST API Testing

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Programming, or related field

 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Test Engineer

 Banking or financial services experience preferred
