Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by building strong, trusted relationships.
- Act as a trusted IT advisor by understanding customers’ business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
- Work with customers to develop IT roadmaps and identify future technology requirements.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop new accounts by engaging potential customers and creating new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on technology trends and apply relevant knowledge in customer engagements.
- Deliver reliable service and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in an IT System Integrator environment.
- Ability to manage customers independently and build long-term business relationships.
- Experience in new account development and opportunity generation.
- Good understanding of IT solutions, customer business needs, and IT roadmap planning.
- Strong sales drive with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Passion for technology and willingness to continuously learn.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality service delivery.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
