Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Act as a trusted IT advisor by understanding customers’ business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
  • Work with customers to develop IT roadmaps and identify future technology requirements.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop new accounts by engaging potential customers and creating new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and apply relevant knowledge in customer engagements.
  • Deliver reliable service and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in an IT System Integrator environment.
  • Ability to manage customers independently and build long-term business relationships.
  • Experience in new account development and opportunity generation.
  • Good understanding of IT solutions, customer business needs, and IT roadmap planning.
  • Strong sales drive with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality service delivery.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
