Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate across departments to gain hands-on exposure to core business functions and operational workflows
  • Work closely with managers and senior executives on strategic initiatives and real business projects
  • Analyse business trends and prepare reports to support management decision-making across functions
  • Participate in structured training programmes designed to fast-track leadership and professional development
  • Contribute to brainstorming and decision-making sessions across departments and business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges and drive practical solutions
  • Take ownership of mini-projects with measurable outcomes and clear deliverables
  • Support digital transformation efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • A go-getter with leadership potential and a solutions-driven mindset
  • Analytical, resourceful, and strong in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to learning and rotating across multiple business functions

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
