Job Title: International Artist Strategy Manager, SEA A Little Bit About Our Team You’ll be joining the International Artist Strategy team. We are a group of creative, data-driven marketers dedicated to breaking global sounds into local markets. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our world-class international roster and the vibrant, music-loving audiences in South East Asia. Working closely with our SEA Lead and the broader SEA team, you will turn global priorities into local movements, ensuring our artists don't just land on charts, but become part of the local cultural fabric.
Your Role As our International Artist Strategy Manager, you are the architect of growth for a diverse roster of global stars and emerging talent within Singapore and the wider SEA region. You’ll spend your days blending fan insights with high-level creativity to design marketing campaigns that move the needle. Whether you’re brainstorming a viral social moment, coordinating with Repertoire Owners, or optimising a digital ad spend, you are the engine driving artist development in one of the world’s most exciting music markets. It’s fast-paced, loud, and incredibly rewarding. It is a role where your strategic pulse meets the rhythm of the fans.
Here You’ll Get To
- You will develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that drive audience growth and market positioning for our international roster.
- You will collaborate directly with Repertoire Owners (ROs) to align local campaign goals with global artist priorities.
- You will champion an "audience-first" approach by using fan insights and cultural trends to shape every campaign decision.
- You will organise and partner with the Audience, Insights, and Partnerships teams to build robust CRM and social media initiatives that deepen fan engagement.
- You will brief and manage high-impact advertising campaigns, utilising A/B testing and data analysis to maximise marketing investment.
- You will manage campaign budgets with precision and ensure all activity is delivered effectively in consultation with Finance and Artist Management.
- You will stay at the cutting edge of the industry by identifying new platforms and technologies to keep our marketing innovative and fresh.
- You will serve as a key communicator who provides clear updates and campaign post-mortems to internal stakeholders across the SEA region
