Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP Foreman to supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) works on site. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Electrical & Mechanical systems, with the ability to lead site teams and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Drainage works.
- Lead and manage MEP technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
- Coordinate work execution according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Monitor productivity and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available for planned activities.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues before they affect project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Report daily progress, manpower status, and site issues to management.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an MEP Foreman in construction, fit-out, or MEP projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Drainage systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and site instructions.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary MEP teams.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and meet project deadlines.
