Job description
You’ll be the friendly face behind our daily operations, helping parents, supporting students, and keeping the centre running smoothly. If you’re organised, enjoy interacting with parents and children, and love being part of a close-knit education team, this role may be for you.
What you'll do:
- Be the warm first point of contact, enquires via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Manage registration, scheduling, make-up lessons, and class records
- Support parent communication, coordiate materials, payments, and other administrative duties
Requirement:
- Minimum a Diploma, admin or customer-service experience preferred
- Warm, organised and great with parents and children
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and messaging apps
Kembangan (Within 2 mins walking distance from MRT)
Working hours can be discussed, only locals need apply.
