Job Description of Sales Coordinator/Supporter

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging logistics and deliveries of goods to customers.
  • Coordinating sales orders and provide necessary support to our sales managers and representatives; including liaising with suppliers and scheduling delivery timings.
  • Answering of phone calls when customers call in, giving information to customers regarding FG’s products
  • Creating invoices and delivery orders
  • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as required.
  • Vectorizing images and creating soft copy mock ups of items for customers to approve.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and other general common computer programs.
  • Preferably proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator (and also Photoshop)
  • Reasonably proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and hardworking, with a keen willingness to learn and a good attention to detail.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
