As part of its digital transformation journey, the organisation is investing heavily in AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and transform the way employees work.
They are seeking an experienced AI Adoption & Transformation Assistant Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI enablement initiatives, drive workforce adoption, and bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business outcomes.
This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders to build AI capabilities, identify high-impact use cases, and shape the future of work across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building initiatives across multiple business functions and regions.
- Design and implement AI literacy programmes, learning pathways, onboarding journeys, and champion networks to accelerate adoption throughout the organisation.
- Partner closely with business users to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, streamline processes, and create measurable business value.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to assess, prioritise, and govern AI use cases across operational and corporate functions.
- Coach and support citizen developers in developing AI-powered solutions while ensuring alignment with governance and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions and organisational outcomes.
- Monitor AI adoption metrics, user engagement, capability maturity, and value realisation, providing insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Promote a culture of innovation by showcasing successful AI implementations, best practices, and lessons learned across the organisation.
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to support enterprise transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, change management, programme management, organisational development, learning enablement, or stakeholder engagement roles.
- Proven experience driving technology adoption and influencing business stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes for non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops, conducting business discovery sessions, and managing transformation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies, AI-powered productivity tools, and their practical applications in a business environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed, and multicultural organisations.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring programme success, adoption rates, and business impact.
- Experience implementing AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI maturity frameworks, organisational change methodologies, or digital transformation strategies.
- Background within shipping, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operationally intensive industries will be highly advantageous.
