Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in Jeddah. The Human Resources Officer will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, personnel records management, and contract administration. The role includes implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and maintaining compliance with school and regulatory requirements. The Human Resources Officer will handle day-to-day employee relations matters, such as responding to inquiries, managing attendance and leave records, and guiding staff on HR procedures. The role will also involve preparing and updating job descriptions, supporting HR reporting and data accuracy, and collaborating with school leaders to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR operations.
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with organizational values and local regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns professionally, and supporting a respectful workplace.
  • Experience in Job Description Development, including reviewing, drafting, and updating role profiles in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an advantage).
  • Competence with HR information systems and MS Office and strong attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to work with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with diverse staff and leadership teams.
