Location: Saudi Arabia – Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview

Alef is seeking a PR & Communications Specialist to support the planning and execution of strategic communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, investor communications, and crisis communication initiatives for major development project. The role will contribute to project launches, executive communications, media engagement, reputation management, and integrated campaigns aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic communication plans, project launches, stakeholder engagement programs, and integrated communications initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. 

• Develop and manage communication content and assets, including press releases, key messages, media materials, executive communications, presentations, Q&As, and briefing documents in Arabic and English. 

• Coordinate media relations, stakeholder engagement, and communication activities with government entities, investors, media, industry experts, and strategic partners across local, regional, and international markets. 

• Support project launches, executive positioning, investor communications, spokesperson preparation, media appearances, events, forums, conferences, and activation campaigns. 

• Assist in crisis communication planning, risk assessments, response protocols, simulations, and reputation management initiatives. 

• Monitor media and stakeholder sentiment, evaluate communication performance, and contribute to reporting, brand reputation, and continuous communications improvement. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, public affairs, or strategic communications.

• Experience supporting high-profile project launches, stakeholder engagement, and media campaigns.

• Strong Arabic and English writing, editing, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of the Saudi media landscape, government communications, and stakeholder engagement practices.

• Experience in development, infrastructure, tourism, investment, real estate, or public-sector projects is preferred.

• Strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
