Job description
1 Year Renewal Contract
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Parts Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis . Who to support our inventory and distribution operations. You will play a key role in ensuring parts availability and smooth service operations for technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory transactions, including goods receipt, stock transfer, rental & picking and stock adjustments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions to Parts Manager.
- Ensure timely distribution of parts to service technicians/dealers and customers.
- Work closely with service teams to ensure parts availability for repair and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records in the NERP/WMS system.
Others:
- Monitor and follow up on urgent and backordered parts requirements
- Support counter parts sales during lunch break hours.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory / warehouse / parts operations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Contract Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
