Responsibilities:
- Own full end-to-end solution lifecycle
(requirements → design → testing → go-live → validation)
- Translate business & regulatory needs into
clear, documented requirements
- Ensure solutions are compliant, audit-ready, and business-fit
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams & vendors
- Support UAT, implementation & post-go-live activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in regulated environments (gaming, finance, government, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) and testing processes
- Excellent stakeholder management & analytical skills
