Role Description

  • As an administrative intern in our Destination Management department, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive expertise in our Ocean division
  • The duration of the internship is six months

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • You will assist the Guest Port Services team with administrative tasks related to turnaround operations, assisting the team in giving our guests the best possible and smoothest embarkation and disembarkation experience when they start or end a cruise
  • You will be supporting our ongoing projects, while participating in meetings and discussions with the different stakeholders involved
  • You will help optimizing existing processes and document them

Key Qualifications

  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • You are curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the Ocean department
  • You are analytically oriented
  • You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
  • You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

EDUCATION

  • You are currently attending a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of tourism or hospitality or have recently obtained one

  • You have gained first knowledge within the tourism industry
