Campaigns Management Associate/ Senior Associate - Regional Brand & Growth Marketing, CRM

Job Description

• Design and implement automated customer journeys across markets, with relevant content and various communication channels using CRM tools
• Develop experiment strategy with country teams to identify the most effective incentive type for each user segment, based on uplift and cost efficiencies
• Responsible for incentive testing and campaign optimisation workstream
• Proactively initiate and validate ideas via data and market insights, draft test plan, propose budget and estimate performance results
• Monitor and analyse testing and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of campaigns
• Manage automated campaign schedules and tasks through collaboration with regional teams and local markets to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field
• Passion for CRM, with minimally 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM Campaign Management or a similar position
• Experience in the eCommerce or tech industry is a plus
• Experience in CRM area with knowledge of AB-testing and able to develop experiments based on hypothesis is a plus
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical mindset, demonstrate ability to analyze data and derive insights that drive decisions
• Strong in multi-tasking and able to manage projects end-to-end
• Self-driven individual, possess ownership of work, ability to work independently
• Enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact
