We are seeking a CI/CD Engineer to own, automate, and revolutionize our software delivery pipelines. In this role, you will eliminate manual development bottlenecks by architecting bulletproof Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment workflows. You will bridge the gap between application development, security operations (DevSecOps), and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our code moves from local machines to production flawlessly, securely, Strategic Scope: Formulates, trains, validates, and deploys scalable statistical analysis models, machine learning systems, and artificial intelligence pipelines to extract actionable predictive trends and enable smart automation systems. Core Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Architecture Engineering: Build, manage, and optimize automated multi-stage compilation, testing, and deployment pipelines across web platforms, database structures, and machine learning components.
  • Quality & Security Scanning: Inject static code analysis rules, automated vulnerability alerts, secret-scanning modules, and container layer validation steps into the core code delivery loop.
  • Registry Management: Administer secure artifact storage networks, image repositories, and dependency management targets to ensure secure resource delivery.
  • Deployment Topology Control: Configure and support modern zero-downtime deployment patterns, including blue-green switches, canary tests, and automated rolling update structures.
  • DevOps Governance: Standardize environment automation runbooks, code repository branch strategies, and telemetry tracking arrays to support development groups.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience engineering automated deployment infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise application delivery platforms.
  • Strong experience building, managing and optimising multi-stage pipelines for compilation, testing, security scanning and deployment across web applications, databases and machine learning components.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or comparable automation engines.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible or Pulumi.
  • Experience with containerised platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Registry and Docker Hub.
  • Good understanding of DevSecOps practices, including static code analysis, vulnerability scanning, secret scanning, container image validation and secure dependency management.
  • Experience managing artifact repositories and code quality platforms such as Azure Artifacts, SonarQube, Sonatype Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
  • Good scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash and/or Python for automation, deployment support and operational tooling.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging and telemetry platforms such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack.
  • Good understanding of modern deployment patterns, including blue-green deployment, canary releases and automated rolling updates.
  • Ability to define DevOps governance standards, including branching strategies, environment automation runbooks, release controls and pipeline documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a distributed project team, collaborating with data engineers, software developers, architects, analysts and business stakeholders.
  • Languages : Flawless bilingual/native-level business German communications proficiency (C1/C2 level written and spoken) is required. The candidate must present seamlessly in German during
