Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize the company template database, ensuring proper categorization and version control
- Establish and manage project documentation vaults in line with DMS policies
- Support document archiving, retention, and retrieval activities

- Process, scan, archive, and index HSE documentation
- Verify completeness, accuracy, and traceability of records
- Maintain and update HSE documentation repositories

Internal Audit Support

- Review and consolidate historical internal audit findings
- Validate accuracy, completeness, and status in audit tracking systems
- Assist in preparing audit reports, summaries, and management review materials

KPI & Data Management

- Maintain audit KPI dashboards and reporting databases
- Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
- Generate regular reports and performance metrics for IMS management

- Maintain database of applicable standards, regulations, and norms
- Monitor updates to standards and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
- Support compliance assessments and gap analyses with accurate documentation

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of document control principles and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with databases is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and documentation
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while following defined processes and guidelines
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
