Commercial Manager | Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a commercially driven leader to lead growth, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence across Saudi Arabia.

*Scan Tool Line Trading Est.* is the exclusive distributor and representative of leading international automotive brands in lubricants, fuel additives, and car care products. As we continue our expansion, we are seeking an experienced *Commercial Manager* to drive our next phase of growth.

## What You Will Be Responsible For

* Developing and executing the company's commercial strategy and growth plans.

* Expanding distribution channels and increasing market penetration across Saudi Arabia.

* Building and managing strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.

* Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into measurable growth.

* Leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

* Monitoring commercial performance, profitability, market share, and key business metrics.

* Analyzing market trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities.

* Working closely with senior management to achieve the company's growth objectives.

## What We Are Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or commercial management, including leadership responsibilities.

* Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding distribution networks.

* Strong experience in managing distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.

* Experience with CRM systems and performance management.

* Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

## Preferred Experience

* Automotive lubricants.

* Fuel additives.

* Car care products.

* Automotive aftermarket.

* Spare parts distribution.
