Job description
We are looking for a professional Restaurant Operations Manager to manage and operate a food service establishment, including:
Job Responsibilities:
Managing daily operations and overseeing all work.
Monitoring food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Managing staff, organizing schedules and tasks.
Controlling costs, minimizing waste, and increasing profitability.
Monitoring inventory and supply chains.
Troubleshooting and ensuring efficient workflow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant management or food service operations.
Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Ability to improve performance and enhance quality.
Honesty, commitment, and discipline (non-smoker).
