Assistant Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the logistics team to handle day to day operations; packing stocks to fulfill orders from shops, resellers and online platform customers
• Coordinate and oversee receipt and storage of inventory
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to shops and resellers
• Maintain accurate inventory records using proprietary Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock counts and identify slow moving stocks and over-stocks
• Tracking of incoming shipments and liaising with shippers and warehouse management

Qualifications:

• Fresh Polytechnic and University graduates are welcome to apply
• Have a strong passion for children's toys and games
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of WMS/POS is a plus
• Physically fit, absolutely reliable and enjoys working in a close-knit team
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month

• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Class 3 Driving Licence (Preferred)
