Field Engineer (Singapore-Based)

We are a Managed IT Services and POS Solutions company providing IT support, POS systems, hardware, and business technology solutions. We are currently expanding our team in Singapore and are looking for a motivated Field Engineer to join us.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, setup, and maintenance of POS systems, hardware, and IT equipment
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for clients
• Conduct site visits to customer locations across Singapore
• Assist in system testing, configuration, and deployment
• Work closely with the technical support team to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure all service reports and updates are properly recorded
• Deliver good customer service and maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary 2 / N-Level / O-Level / ITE (any discipline)
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Able to commit at least 5 days per week (including weekends if required)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, Google Docs, internet search for solutions)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred (to support Mandarin-speaking clients)
