Business Analysis Support Phones

Sales Analysis:

• Leverage tools/spreadsheets to monitor & analyze sales data to identify trends, anomalies and insights

• Develop forecasts for new product launches, leveraging historical data through checking spreadsheets and dashboards against various data sources (e.g., databases, raw data files, external systems) to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Proactively engage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations) to drive alignment and execution.

Data Management:

• Implement meticulous quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.

• Document and communicate validation findings clearly to relevant stakeholders including anticipating information gaps and initiating conversations to resolve blockers early.

• Utilize Google Sheets and SQL to manage and analyze sales data.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

Process Management:

• Collaborate closely with sales operations to optimize sales processes.

• Recommend and implement process enhancements for better accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications Analytical Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively to generate meaningful insights.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Slides), including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.

• Knowledge in SQL is critical
