Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Associate, AI Traffic Strategy & Operations to help shape how Shopee navigates the next frontier of search, traffic acquisition, and AI-driven growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, and AI transformation. You will work on high-impact business challenges, leveraging data, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth, improve organisational effectiveness, and shape the adoption of AI across the organisation. The role will also play a key part in accelerating AI transformation across the organisation by embedding AI tools and automation into core workflows. This includes rethinking how analysis is conducted, how insights are generated, and how reporting and experimentation are scaled in an AI-first operating environment. Key Responsibilities* Lead cross-functional initiatives across markets to shape traffic growth strategy, prioritisation, and execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Analyze traffic, search visibility, and performance data to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Drive the design, execution, and evaluation of SEO, GEO, AI Search, and broader traffic growth initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity through AI tools, automation, and workflow optimisation.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, documentation, and operational processes.
- Partner with product, technical, content, and market teams to shape and execute strategic initiatives across search and traffic ecosystems.
- Track developments in AI Search, generative AI, and automation, and translate emerging trends into practical applications that enhance business performance and operating models. Requirements:* Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, or similar roles requiring structured problem solving and cross-functional project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms in day-to-day work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in SEO, digital marketing, growth, analytics, product, or related digital domains.
- Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
- Experience with automation tools, no-code workflows, scripting, or data analysis.
- Exposure to AI Search, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), or AI-powered marketing workflows.
