Job description

Are you ready to shape how Mitsubishi Motors prices its parts and accessories across Europe? At Mitsubishi Motors, strong after sales performance depends on the right pricing decisions. We are looking for a After Sales Pricing Manager who understands how pricing influences margin, competitiveness and customer behavior, and who combines data, market insight and commercial awareness to ensure our parts and accessories are priced effectively across European markets. About the role:

As After Sales Pricing Manager, you are responsible for developing, maintaining and improving pricing for parts and accessories across Europe. You work at the intersection of after sales operations, product planning, supply chain and commercial teams, ensuring pricing supports both competitiveness and profitability. You analyse trends, evaluate pricing structures and support stakeholders with well-founded recommendations. This role combines analysis, judgement and execution: you don’t just work with data, you help translate it into practical pricing decisions across functions and markets.

What you will do:

  • Pricing Strategy & Structure (Parts & Accessories): Contribute to the development and improvement of pricing approaches for parts and accessories, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets & business functions.
  • Costing & Price Modelling: Develop and maintain pricing and cost models, combining cost structures, supply chain input and commercial requirements.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market developments, aftermarket trends and competitor pricing, and translate these insights to recommend pricing adjustments where needed.
  • Performance & Profitability Analysis: Analyse pricing performance and margins, identify deviations and propose improvements to support business results.
  • Financial & Scenario Analysis: Prepare pricing scenarios and analyses to support operational decisions, promotions and business planning activities.
  • Pricing Governance & Policies: Ensure pricing rules, commercial guidelines and promotional structures are consistently applied and aligned with company strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Parts & Accessories Sales, Product Planning, Supply & Distribution and Business Planning, acting as a central point of coordination for pricing-related topics across these functions and ensuring alignment between commercial needs, product lifecycle considerations, cost structures and performance tracking.

Your impact:

  • Your work directly influences how Mitsubishi Motors performs in the after sales business across Europe.
  • You drive profitability by optimizing pricing across thousands of parts and accessories.
  • You ensure we remain competitive in the aftermarket, while protecting margins.
  • You enable better decision-making through clear insights, models and scenarios.
  • You help strengthen consistency and structure in pricing across markets.
  • You contribute to long-term customer value and lifecycle revenue.

In short: you don’t just analyse numbers, you shape business outcomes.

How you think :

You are analytical, commercially aware and forward-thinking. You understand how pricing drives after sales revenue and margin. You work data-driven and translate insights into clear actions. You see connections between cost, inventory, demand and pricing. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You take ownership and confidently support decision-making. You are comfortable operating in a complex, international environment.

What you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in pricing, after sales, supply chain or business analysis
  • Experience with parts, accessories or aftermarket pricing (strong advantage)
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
