Junior Process Engineer - Validation (80 - 100%)

For our client in Raron, we are looking for a Process Engineer - Validation 80 - 100% on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, effective immediately or by agreement.

These are your tasks:

• Creation, planning, and execution of process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) in collaboration with QA and production
• Ensuring compliance with QMS, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Planning and execution of engineering studies for process optimization and error analysis
• Evaluation of changes regarding their impact on the validation status
• Technical interface to the customer (J&J) and support during product introductions (NPI)
• Support of equipment lifecycle management including decommissioning documentation
• Execution of statistical analyses and evaluations (e.g., with Minitab)
• Support of technical improvement and cost optimization projects as well as promotion of a safety culture

What you bring:

• Completed degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field or equivalent further education
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar area
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sector is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as good problem-solving abilities
• Very good German and English skills required
