[What the role is] [LTA-PT] SENIOR MANAGER, LAND TRANSPORT OPERATIONS CENTRE

[What you will be working on] You will be the second-in-command of the Land Transport Operations Centre (LTOC), headed by the Deputy Director. LTOC monitors and coordinates land transport operations and incidents on a 24/7 basis with the operations teams working on 12-hour shifts. Together with a small team of officers, you will assist the Deputy Director to manage the operations teams’ training, welfare/morale, performance. Your team will not be on shift but will be recalled to LTOC when there’s a need to manage ad-hoc operations or incidents.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in crisis management.
• Knowledge or experience in leading teams, change management and strategic thinking will be an advantage.
• Highly adaptable team player who is able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic and fast environment.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
