Events & Sales Manager – F&B & Hospitality

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Events & Sales Manager to lead our private events business for our boutique F&B and hospatility group.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in F&B or hospitality events who enjoys wearing multiple hats — generating leads, closing sales, designing event experiences, and being physically present to ensure flawless execution.

This is NOT a desk job.

You will be expected to:

• Meet clients and conduct venue tours
• Respond quickly to enquiries and convert leads into bookings
• Conceptualise event layouts, styling, and guest experiences
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams
• Be present on event days to oversee execution and ensure client satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements

Please apply only if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

✔ Minimum 3 years of Event Management experience
✔ Previous experience in F&B or Hospitality
✔ Experience managing private events, corporate functions, celebrations, or lifestyle events
✔ Strong interest or experience in Event Design, Styling, and Guest Experience
✔ Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when events require
✔ Already based in Singapore and eligible to work without sponsorship

This Role Is Probably NOT For You If:

• You prefer a standard 9-to-5 schedule
• You are looking for a purely administrative or marketing role
• You have event experience but no exposure to F&B or hospitality
• You enjoy planning events but do not enjoy sales or client-facing work
• You prefer working independently rather than as part of a fast-moving team

Compensation

• Base Salary: From SGD 3,200 per month (depending on experience)
• Commission: Attractive commission structure based on event sales and performance

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
