Kramp is Europe’s leading supplier of parts, accessories and services for the agricultural sector. We are a digital company with a strong logistical heart: our supply chain is the backbone of everything we do. Through innovative IT solutions and data-driven decision making, we make sure our customers always get what they need – quickly, reliably and efficiently.

Our logistical strength lies in an extensive network of warehouses across Europe, enabling us to deliver to thousands of customers every day. This allows us to combine local availability with the scale and efficiency of an international organization.

Finance is a high impact community, where we are trusted partners to the business at all levels. We steer performance through data-driven insights, while ensuring efficiency and compliance through harmonized systems, standardized processes and a single source of truth across all entities.

How you make an impact at Kramp

You are responsible for the digital products that support core Finance processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Tax, Compliance Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis.

You own and continuously improve the Finance technology ecosystem with core focus on our major platform Oracle Cloud Finance, and supporting systems like APRO and Avalara. As Finance is a growing digital environment we have more applications supporting us, like in single source of banking (Nomentia) and business performance management (Oracle EPM).

Together with our Finance stakeholders, business, IT teams, and external partners, you ensure these platforms deliver business value, operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven decision making.

Through your product vision, prioritization, and leadership, you help Finance teams work more efficiently while supporting Kramp's international growth ambitions.

Your challenge

Finance is evolving rapidly through digitalization, automation, regulatory requirements, and increasing business complexity. As Product Owner Finance, you operate at the intersection of Finance and Technology, balancing operational stability with continuous innovation.

Your challenge is to ensure seamless integration between financial systems while continuously improving user experience, process efficiency, financial controls, and reporting capabilities.

You translate strategic Finance objectives into product initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and support Kramp’s growth across Europe.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for the Finance Systems domain.
  • Partner closely with Finance leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead discovery activities and evaluate new capabilities that improve Finance operations and decision-making.
  • Manage integrations between Finance applications and adjacent business systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Foster a data-driven and experimental mindset within your team.
  • Foster an Agile product mindset focused on continuous improvement and business value realization.

Who are you?
