Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration and operations;
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi host management, vCenter administration, HA, DRS, vMotion, clustering, and lifecycle management;
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, VMware NSX, VMware vSAN, Nutanix, or Hyper-V.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of containerization and modern infrastructure platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

Duties/role:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise virtualization and server infrastructure across data centers, office locations, and hybrid cloud environments;
• Configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting VMware vSphere environments including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, and storage integrations;
• Administering and maintaining Windows Server and Linux systems, including patching, hardening, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
